Potenza RF microneedling can be used on the face and body and can significantly improve fine lines/wrinkles, overall tone and texture, large pores, various types of scarring including acne scarring, laxity in skin on face and body, and stretch marks.

What to expect 

The Potenza RF microneedling treatment uses ultrafine needles and heat to penetrate the top layer of the skin and trigger the body’s natural healing process to regenerate new collagen and elastin. The number of passes and penetration to the skin will vary by patient and affect the results seen. The elastin and collagen building typically takes place 4-6 weeks after treatment, with optimal results usually seen at 12 weeks after the last treatment.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a non-surgical and non-ablative procedure for skin rejuvenation. It is used to improve fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, scaring and other skin texture irregularities. A Micro needling device is used to create tiny punctures on the top layer of the skin. Glycolic Acid Peel                          

The treatment will include a facial with a chemical peel.  A glycolic acid peel is a type of chemical exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin.  Recommend for those looking to even out their skin tones, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and temporarily reduce the appearance of large pores.  LED light therapy is included with all chemical peels.

Salicylic Acid Peel                         

The treatment will include a facial with a chemical peel.  A salicylic acid peel provides strong exfoliation and increased cellular turnover for stubborn conditions such as acne. Salicylic acid enhances the penetration of treatments while oxygenation and detoxifying congested skin. Perfect for resistive, thick and oily skin. LED light therapy is included with all chemical peels.

Lactic Acid Peel                            

The treatment will include a facial with a chemical peel. A lactic acid peel is best for treating age and sun spots, but also works to clean, exfoliate, brighten skin tone and texture, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The Lactic acid naturally reduces the loss of moisture, it’s able to pull moisture from the air and hold it in the skin. It’s natural components also makes it non-allergic and less irritating than other chemical peels which makes it great for sensitive skin. LED light therapy is included with all chemical peels.

What is Botox?

Botox injections use a toxin called onobotulinumtoxinA to temporarily prevent a muscle from moving. This toxin is produced by the microbe that causes botulism

How does it work?

Botox injections block certain chemical signals from nerves, mostly signals that cause muscles to contract. The most common use of these injections is to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes.

Botox injections are noted primarily for the ability to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles. They're also used to treat conditions such as neck spasms (cervical dystonia), excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), an overactive bladder and lazy eye. Botox injections may also help prevent chronic migraines.

What to expect

Our nurse injector will address your concerns during your consultation and provide a treatment plan that will address your concerns.  You will feel a sigh pinch, and may experience some mild swelling that typical subsides within 10-20 minutes.  You are able to go back to work immediately after your appointment. You are asked to refrain from lying down and any strenuous activity, including working out, for a minimum of 4 hours.

Botox was the first drug to use botulinum toxin. Other products now include abobotulinumtoxinA (Dysport), rimabotulinumtoxinB (Myobloc) and incobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin). Each is a little different, particularly when it comes to dosage units, so they aren't interchangeable.

What are dermal fillers?

Injectable filler is a soft tissue filler injected into the skin at different depths to help fill in facial wrinkles, provide facial volume, and augment facial features: restoring a smoother appearance. Most of these wrinkle fillers are temporary because they are eventually absorbed by the body.

What to expect

There are different forms of filler that are used for different injection sites as each injection site  may require a different depth and malleability.  Your nurse may numb the area with a primary numbing anestheic to ease any potential discomfort.  You may feel a light pinch and slight pressure as the product is injected in the desired area. You may experience slight swelling that typically subsides within 24 hours.

What is PRP?

PRP is plasma with many more platelets than what is typically found in blood. The concentration of platelets — and, thereby, the concentration of growth factors — can be 5 to 10 times greater (or richer) than usual.

​

How does it work?

To develop a PRP preparation, blood must first be drawn from a patient. The platelets are separated from other blood cells and their concentration is increased during a process called centrifugation. These platelets are then injected into the desired site.

​

What to expect?

Depending on the treatment requested, the PRP can be injected similarly to dermal fillers, it can be used with micro needling and hair restoration procedures.
